Therefore, only eligible clients can apply for our computers.

| Literacy Centres | Registered with the Department of Education |
| Adult Education Centres | Registered with the Department of Education |
| Homeschools | Alberta home school boards registered with the Homeschooling Office under Alberta Education may apply on behalf of individual students. We do not accept applications directly from home school students or their parents. |
