Therefore, only eligible clients can apply for our computers.

Private Schools	Registered with the Department of Education
Public Schools	Grades K-12
Public Libraries	Registered with Public Library Services of the Province of Alberta
First Nations Schools	All eligible
Non-Profit Organizations	Charitable registration number
Literacy Centres	Registered with the Department of Education
Adult Education Centres	Registered with the Department of Education
Homeschools	Alberta home school boards registered with the Homeschooling Office under Alberta Education may apply on behalf of individual students. We do not accept applications directly from home school students or their parents.

Due to a severe shortage of laptops we have had to change our maximums. We have decreased the number of laptops to 30 per calendar year for schools and 20 per calendar year for non profit organizations. There is still a restriction on the number of laptops available per order at 10.
We are receiving less and less Desktops therefore we are restricting the number of Desktops to 30 per order and 60 per year.
This temporary decrease of laptops is subject to end without notice at any time.

Our computer repair policy allows clients a two-week window from the date of pickup to report any issues or concerns with the completed order. We guarantee coverage for any errors related to the physical hardware, excluding damages caused by the client (eg. drop, cracked screen, spills). We will not cover any software-related issues. In the event of mistakes on our end, we are committed to rectifying and resolving the issue promptly.
